Entities, Documentation and Costs:

Offer is free of charge.
Normally a sample / model to the APC Denmark and to the supplier.
Additionally, full documentation that will be most manageable,
if it is transferred to APC in computer file format for example. Excel.

Production / Evidence:

Customer is obligated to deliver a 100% complete documentation.
PCBA:
- By PCBA claimed a PCB layout (perhaps Gerber Files) and a BOM (Bill of material) caused to the type and brand of components.
- A model is not a must, but can provide greater security against misunderstanding.
- Additionally, there will normally require a test specification.
PCB:
- For PCB claimed a layout (perhaps Gerber Files.)
- Material specifications and specification of coating.
Plastic / Metal:
- Drawing with tolerances (possibly form and positionstolerancer)
- Material Description.

Component and documentation changes may cause new offer delivery and price.

Contacts for the supplier:

- Customer may, upon prior agreement with APC leading direct technical dialogue with the supplier.
    However, requiring a 100% written report, with copies to the APC and supplier.

- For printed circuit board PCB supplies agreed the technical basis directly with the supplier.

- There Any commercial contact between customer and supplier without APC balance.


Prices:

Discount prices are fixed, based on a given price, as long as the documentation and requirements for delivery are not altered.
 
Samples:

For smaller deliveries, it may be that the supplier requires a transport company's account to send a product sample.
 
Quality:
        
APC has its own procurement and technical department of the Hong Kong / Shenzhen and Shanghai
     performing quality audits.

- Most suppliers are ISO9001 and ISO9002 and ISO14001 approved.

- Quality Standard for PCBA:

   According standard: IPC-A-610 Standard Class 1, 2 and 3
   ANSI / I PC-A-610A class acceptability of elect. assemplies.
   ANSI / IPC-R-700C class modification, rework and repair.
   ANSI / IPC-CM-770 class printed board component mounting
   Work Mans Chip standard EPF
    - CIV Civil Electronics-equivalent to ANSI class 1-2
    - MIL Military - equivalent to ANSI class3

- Quality standard for PCBs:

    PERFAG DIN/IEC326
   IPC-A-600 (Acceptability of Printed Boards)
   IPC-6012 (Qualification and Performance Specification for PCB)

- Quality Standard for Plastics Processed topics:

- Quality Standard for Metal Machining:

Customs from Asia:

There is normally no duty on electronics components.
On printed circuit boards have indicated Tax Rate 85.34.009000 - the rate is 0%

Payment:

There must be predicted prepayment of a portion of that amount until the customer is known by its trading partners.

Transportation:

The supplier can offer FOB or (for larger or known customers) delivery in Denmark.
The cheapest of a Danish company is FOB, and even assign a carrier.
APC has a trade agreement with a carrier which can be designated.
APC ensure the Danish representation in Hong Kong / Shenzhen and Shanghai to delivery times are respected.

Aircraft / Ship approx. 14 days (Hong Kong)
SEA Ship approx. 30 days

Copying / Quality Failures:

Fear of copying / quality failure is unjustified because:
APC Audi If firms and thus have a deep knowledge of the company.
APC uses only 100% pure subcontractors with 'house' production.
APC is more customers ¨ from the same supplier. One might. failure will quickly become known by the APC.
APC uses only suppliers with references that could not be shown if copying occurred.
In addition, APC's often long-standing knowledge of the producer of a security.
APC uses almost exclusively companies with ISO 9001 / 9002 approvals.

Limitations:

- Concluded no commercial relationship with individuals.
- On behalf of the suppliers claimed a corporate ApS, AS or equivalent.
- Most providers require a min. order size - normal greater than U.S. $ 3000
Eg. by Paragraph 100. x U.S. $ 30, Paragraph 500. x U.S. $ 6, or 1,000 paragraphs. x U.S. $ 3
(Excluded are however samples)
Some suppliers have a MOQ (Minimum order Quantity) eg. > 1000 pieces of low cost components.
